At Arcsforge, we want you to absolutely love your gear. If something isn’t right, i’ll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

We do not offer refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color

Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing, as these are considered final sale.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
